1. Agreement Term

The term is six (6), nine (9), or twelve (12) months depending on your chosen plan.
Contracts renew automatically unless cancelled as outlined below.

2. Plans and Fees

Commission-Based Plans

Commission applies only when your business is sold. Rates vary by plan:

• Basic: 3%
• Standard: 2%
• Premium: 1%
• Swift Sales: 5%–10% (rate determined before listing)

Broker Listings

For business brokers listing on our platform (12-month term):

• Basic: 1.5%
• Standard: 1%
• Premium: 0.5%

Pay-As-You-Go Plans (No Commission)

These plans operate on a strict no-commission basis.
They are purchased as one-time fees or monthly subscriptions.
Support is limited to what is included in the plan.

3. Commission Obligations (Non-Exclusive)

This is a non-exclusive listing arrangement. You are free to sell your business independently or through other brokers at any time.

A commission is payable only if:

• Your business sells during the contract period to a buyer we introduced, or
• Your business sells within 90 days after the contract ends to a buyer originally introduced through our platform.

The applicable commission depends on the plan you selected and is due within 14 days of the completed sale.

4. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Notify us immediately when your business is sold
• Respond promptly to enquiries when forwarded

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

Sales that occur within 90 days after termination to a buyer introduced through our platform remain commissionable.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom or your jurisdiction.
By listing your business, you agree to comply with these laws.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Listing Agreement form the complete understanding between you and WorldBusinessesForSale.com and replace any prior communication or agreements.

8. Amendments

Changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
