Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plans
When you purchase a subscription to any of our plans, you are agreeing to receive the services based on the selected plan's duration (monthly or otherwise). Below is our cancellation policy for subscription-based purchases:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is final, and no refunds will be issued for the subscription period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will retain access to our services until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the next renewal date. You will not receive a refund for any months already billed.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, you can log into your account and navigate to the subscription management section, or simply contact our customer service team for assistance.

Pay-As-You-Go Plans (No Commission)
If you purchase a Pay-As-You-Go plan (no commission), the following applies:

  • One-Time Purchase: Once a payment is made for a one-time purchase, it is non-refundable. You will receive the full benefits and services associated with the plan for the duration of the period for which you paid.
  • Subscription to Pay-As-You-Go Plans: If you choose the monthly subscription option for Pay-As-You-Go, your payment will be processed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the services will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

One-Time Payment with Commissions
When you purchase a One-Time Payment Plan with Commissions for your business listing, the following applies:

  • One-Time Payment: A one-time payment is required upfront for the selected seller plan. This payment is for the listing duration and includes access to all tools and services.
  • Commissions: A commission is charged on the final sale price of your business listing. This commission is due when your business is sold. There are no additional fees or charges beyond the upfront payment and the commission.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: The upfront payment for your selected plan is non-refundable once processed. This applies to all one-time payments for business listing plans.
  • No Refunds for Commissions: Once your business sells, commissions are applied based on the sale price and will be due at that time. These commissions are also non-refundable.
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your business listing at any time. However, the commission will still apply if the business is sold while the listing is active. The upfront payment for the plan is non-refundable, and no refund will be issued for the time the listing was live.

General Terms

  • Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to modify the pricing and structure of our subscription plans at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. You will be able to continue using the services under the old pricing if you’ve already paid for your subscription for the period.
  • No Refund for Unused Time: For all subscriptions and one-time plans, no refunds will be issued for any unused time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
