These plans include a one-time upfront payment plus a commission when your business is sold.

3.1 Upfront Payment

A one-time upfront fee is required for the plan you select.
This payment is non-refundable and provides access to all tools and services for the duration of your listing.

3.2 Commission

A commission is due when your business is sold.
The commission amount is based on the agreed plan and becomes payable upon completion of the sale.
Commissions are non-refundable once charged.

3.3 Cancelling Your Listing

You may cancel your listing at any time. However:

  • The upfront payment remains non-refundable.

  • If your business sells while the listing is active, the agreed commission still applies.

4. General Terms

4.1 Changes to Subscription Plans

We may update pricing, features, or plan structures at any time.
Any changes will be communicated in advance.
If you have already paid for a billing cycle, you will continue receiving service at the original rate until that cycle ends.

4.2 No Refunds for Unused Time

For all purchase types (subscriptions and one-time plans):

  • We do not offer refunds for unused time or partial use of services.

  • Access continues until the end of the paid period following cancellation.
